Mukkle is a product of Vypple Intelligence Group ("we," "us," "our"). We operate the content orchestration platform at mukkle.com and related services.

Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and organization name. If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is processed through Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers.

Content You Provide: We store content you upload (brand guidelines, style guides, reference material), content generated through the platform, and editorial feedback you provide. This content belongs to you.

Usage Data: We collect information about how you use the platform, including campaigns created, content generated, and feature interactions. This helps us improve the service and, over time, personalize your experience.

Booking Information: When you book a meeting through Cal.com, your name, email, and scheduling preferences are collected by Cal.com under their privacy policy.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and operate the platform
• To generate content aligned to your brand voice and campaign strategy
• To improve content quality based on your editorial feedback
• To process payments and manage your subscription

4. Your Content

Content you upload and content generated for your workspaces belongs to you. We do not use your content to train AI models. We do not share your content with other customers. Workspace data is isolated per account.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Service providers: Google Cloud (infrastructure), Stripe (payments), Firebase (authentication), Cal.com (scheduling)
• Legal requirements: When required by law, court order, or governmental authority

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), authenticated API access, and infrastructure hosted on Google Cloud Platform. Access to customer data is restricted to authorized personnel.

7. Data Retention

Your account data and content are retained as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as billing records).

8. Your Rights
