Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using Mukkle ("the Service"), operated by Vypple Intelligence Group ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. The Service

Mukkle is a content orchestration platform that helps teams produce, distribute, and manage content campaigns. The Service includes content generation through AI-powered pipelines, campaign management, brand voice configuration, and related tools.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at contact@mukkle.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Content Ownership

Your Content: You retain ownership of all content you upload to the platform (brand guidelines, style guides, reference material) and all content generated for your workspaces. You grant us a limited license to process, store, and display this content solely to provide the Service.

Generated Content: Content produced by the platform for your account belongs to you. You may use it for any lawful purpose without restriction. We do not claim ownership of generated content.

Feedback: Editorial feedback you provide may be used to improve the platform's content quality for your account. We do not share your feedback or content with other customers.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes on third-party rights
• Misrepresent AI-generated content as human-written where disclosure is legally required
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits, security measures, or access controls
• Resell access to the platform without a partner agreement
• Use the platform to generate spam or deceptive content at scale

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Plans: The Service is offered through monthly subscription plans with pay-as-you-go credits for content production. Plan details and pricing are listed on our pricing page.

Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. Credits are purchased separately and do not expire while your account is active.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period. Unused credits remain available for 90 days after cancellation.

Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable. Unused credit balances over $50 may be refunded upon request within 30 days of cancellation.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will provide reasonable notice for planned downtime.

8. AI-Generated Content

Content produced by the platform is generated using AI models and web research. While we employ quality gates and review processes, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of generated content. You are responsible for reviewing all content before publication.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vypple Intelligence Group shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vypple Intelligence Group from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. You may request export of your content within 30 days of termination.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or through the platform at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
